About George Gache

George has been coaching professionally since 2003. In addition to his base in Forest Row, he lived in Valencia, Spain where he worked and was involved with the Americas Cup team in 2007.

Benefits of Personal Training

With one-on-one training, the focus is on you and you alone. Our facilities are small, non-threatening and uncrowded - in other words, not your typical gym. It's a place where everyone knows your name and where you receive the one-on-one exercise, nutrition and coaching sessions you need to succeed.

Exercise Plan

As part of our one-on-one approach, you will tailor your personal healthy eating and exercise program to ensure it is designed for you to be successful. Your trainer will take into account your goals, body shape, exercise preferences and lifestyle.

I will help you to simplify your diet. By making a few tweaks and changes. Together we can keep things fresh, tasty and above all healthy.
Before the consultation you will be asked to keep a 7 day food diary so that I can gain an understanding of your diet and together we can discuss an alternative to foods that may be counterproductive in achieving your goals.
You will come away from the consultation with a clear understanding of the simple science behind fat loss and discover what foods are right for you with your own meal plan.

Also personal sessions done in Spanish. Great way to learn the language.
